The University City Housing Leasing Office is the center of activity for our property management operations. Located at 3418 Sansom Street, it is situated conveniently between the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University Campuses. Our Leasing Office is also within a short walk of Amtrak's 30th Street Station and SEPTA Blue and Green Line rail stops.
Our Leasing Office manages tours for inquiring parties for all of our University City properties. Tours are held from Monday through Friday, between the hours of 11:00am and 4:30 pm. To guarantee that our representatives will be available for you at a convenient time, it's best to schedule your tours in advance. Give our Leasing Office a call during our regular office hours and our representatives can discuss our available apartments, schedule a tour or answer any other questions you might have about our apartments or townhouses.
The Leasing Office is available for current tenants to discuss account details, maintenance requests or any other questions you might have about your current apartment with University City Housing.
Need your keys? Our Leasing Office will have a fresh set ready for you if you call ahead! Just be sure to bring photo identification with you. Keys will only be provided to tenants listed on current leases.
