UCH's move-in packet details some of the finer points of our move-in process. If you're a new tenant or you're anticipating moving into your new apartment in the coming months, download this form to get an idea of some information you'll need to get started in your new apartment.

This form is for incomplete leases and people who wish to add new roommates to their current leases. New tenants who need to be added to a lease will also need to fill out our application form.

This form details the subletting process for students who are interested in subleasing their apartment for any period of time. It should be noted that the attached sublease contract represents a contract between the current tenants and any sublettors and does not directly involve University City Housing.
