Leasing with UCH

  • Step 1: Touring

    University City Housing regularly conducts apartment tours on Monday through Friday, from 11:00am to 4:30pm. To schedule a tour or inquire about our availability, simply call our Leasing Office at 215-222-2000.
    Apartment tours usually take about a half hour and our representative can usually tour several apartments in one appointment to give you a few options to consider.

  • Step 2: Applying

    Once our leasing representatives have helped you find the perfect apartment, you can submit an application to our Leasing Manager, sign your lease or schedule a lease-signing appointment.

  • Step 3: Signing your lease

    Once you've filled out your application, you're ready to sign your lease with University City Housing. All you need is a check, credit card or money order payment for the equivalent of one month's rent.
